By registering an account or logging in to Mines Game, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that you are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. All deposits on Mines Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:
Deposits are credited to your Mines Game balance once payment confirmation has been received from the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing time.

Withdrawals from Mines Game are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the platform team during standard operating hours.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction. The applicable minimum is shown on the withdrawal page. Mines Game does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Before a withdrawal is processed, Mines Game may require identity verification. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your request. Providing clear, accurate documents speeds up the review process significantly.
Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts registered in the same name as your Mines Game account. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will not be processed.

You may request to close your Mines Game account at any time by contacting player support. Before closure, any remaining real-money PKR balance will be settled to your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.
Mines Game reserves the right to close any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — accounts involved in prohibited conduct, accounts that have failed to pass verification, or accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance held in that account — including winnings — may be forfeited. Bonus balances are non-refundable under all circumstances.
If your account has been self-excluded, you will not be able to register a new account until the self-exclusion period has expired. Attempting to do so is a breach of these terms.
Mines Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous uptime and a smooth experience, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or entirely free of technical issues at all times.
If you believe that a game outcome, bet settlement or transaction has been handled incorrectly, you may raise a dispute by contacting player support. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.
All dispute decisions made by Mines Game after investigation are final. The platform will communicate the outcome of any dispute review to the player through their registered contact details.
